Where to get Aero fuel cap?
rb968 - 13/7/10 at 11:20 AM

Any other suppliers other than Car Builder Solutions and Europaspares I should be looking at for an aero style fuel filler cap? Fancy a black one just wondering if anyone had found anywhere cheaper than the usual as they can be £90 plus?

Cheers

Rich

I read an article not too long ago and the guy used a Honda Fireblade cap on his Riley Elf.

Looked very good ...and isnt £90

to use one of them, you also need to buy a 'funnel' which attaches the rubber filler pipe to the back. about £20 from melin motorsport i think

Europa have a winter sale if you can wait. Normally 10% off.

Is locking a requirement for IVA, just a thought.

The article I read was about a Riley Elf so probably no IVA issues with using a bike cap.

Not sure where they would sit with an IVA however...

But certainly cheaper, and they lock.
