There are a couple of 919 engines for sale on Pistonheads. It may be worth asking if they have a manifold too?
There was also an exhaust but it is sold, sorry, was nearly able to point you in right direction!

Did you speak to AB to see if they had anything? I fairly sure andy told me about a full engine package which may be split and it had a build manifold in the package..
