I'll have a look in the pile again

when you say a level sensor - what exactly are you looking for ?

ahem - "pedant mode on" - it the oil pressure warning light switch "pedant mode off again"

Just to help you find one

Cheers

I think some of them had a level sensor, but you really only need the pressure switch for a warning light...

that said if I find a level switch your welcome to it

yea, its deffo a level switch, the pressure switch is on the same side as the dipstick, got that.
If i dont particularly need it ill leave the effed one in place

Be careful with dipstick lengths. my engine had wrong one fitted (short) resulting in wrong oil level. Probs wasnt a pinto stick but as they arent marked up its hard to tell.

Didnt realise pintos came with sophisticated things like oil level sensors. Learn something new every day.
