Does any one know where I can get these? Are they made of some kind of heat restant form of rubber or would a regular o ring do the job?

I Assume you mean the little beggers that go between the 2 halves? If so then M16 CALIPER SEAL KIT MK1 MK2 ESCORT CAPRI RS2000 MEXICO on eBay (end time 01-Jan-11 21:37:11 GMT). I know you only need the o-rings but it ain't too bad and if you haven't already done so you could change the piston seals etc. too

Not sure if a normal o-ring would suffice, probably would but don't take my word for it.

Yes, the ones between the caliper halfs.
I already have the other parts (except the bleed nipples).
