Order off travelex.co.uk online and collect at the airport - you get a better rate than if you just turn up at the airport, and better than travel agents, etc.

post office is the best for dollars at the min but you have to buy it online then collect it from your local branch to get the best deal. i only use travelex when i need guaranteed buyback on weird currency

Apparently you can barter with these companys too so worth a try if you get no joy on here
