WTD: Duratec plugs/engine loom

Hi all,

Has anyone got an engine loom from a mondeo or duratec engine or maybe bits of one. I'm in need of plugs for the crank position sensor, injectors (Bosch EV6), coolant temp sensor for ECU and possibly a mondeo TPS so that I can put a loom together.

Failing that, anyone know of a good source of connectors at a sensible price to suit the above.

There isnt an easy way and the connectors arent available anywhere, ford will only sell you a whole engine loom.

I ended up going to the scrap yard with a pair of side cutters and finding a mondeo with a duratec. Any older variant will do (up to 2005ish. After that they changed to COP.

Looms come up on ebay occasionally.

I suspected that might be the case. Looks like I'm going to have to raid the local scrappies then.

Not got any other Duratec bits you need rid of by any chance have you, David!?

Hi Jamie thanks for that offer. I'd reply to your u2u but my phone doesn't seem to like the u2u system.

Is the loom from a duratec? And will it fit the injectors mentioned above (standard duratec fit). If so, I'd like to take it!

the loom is from 2001 mondeo 1.8 duratec .have you seen the picture in my archive. if it's what you want i will send you my paypal info

Still looking for a duratec coolant temp sensor plug?

Anyone have one or know where I might be able to get one from?
