Hi, I need to rebuild my engine wiring loom on a 1995 Mercedes E280. All the wire insulation has degraded so causing shorts, so wondering if anyone has a selection of automotive wire lying around that they no longer require. Or a spare loom for a w124 E280 6 cylinder engine.

Buy a length of trailer cable, cheap and easy to get hold of

I have got 20m of 7 core trailer cable if anyone wants to buy a couple of meters i bought 25m of it to do the new engine loom on my car and a trailer that never got finished.
