Crush tubes.

I'm looking for a set of crush tubes for the Haynes roadster; 19mm o/d tube, 12.5mm i/d x 44mm long.
I found a few places that sell them with the polyerathene bushes but nowhere selling them on their own.
Does anybody have a set for sale or at least know of somewhere that supplies them, it is driving me mad!

If you cant get any, try a machine shop, they will turn some down for you.

Thanks for the reply Bob, down here they'd charge me about 100 notes for doing it and they'd get done "drekly", but it is an
option.

If you do get them made do a search on here for crush tubes, mine amongst many others caused problems

Dead right, mine as well. Make sure the crush tubes are long enough and dont lock the bush up when done up. This gave many a Luego tight suspension
with squeaky, or stiff, or little or no suspension movement.
Get a sample made, then assemble the bush and crush tube. Put in a vice and see how free the rest of the arm is.
There should be no sideways / longitudinal movement / play, and you should be able to move the suspension arm freely and smoothly.
Ie crush tube to short and its sticks, too long and you get londitudinal play.
Test each tube and bush in the arm (and in its final location) as above in a vice, before fitting to the car. It will save you a alot of time and
effort later on.
Take mine and Rustys word for it!
