If you're desperate, there is a 'hicost' option, found in the Quaife catalogue.

Very nice, in a remanufactured Quaife case. You'll see the 3.14 isn't a catalogue option, but it can be ordered, delivery time 6 weeks (or it was a few months ago). Yes, I bought one in February (ouch£).
