Hi Has anyone got a copy of Car Mechanics Magazine April 2011 issue.
I've been asked to look at the clutch on a Pug307 diesel and I think its a DMF
This issue shows how to replace it .......
Cheers

Can't help with the magazine but if you are competent enough to take a gearbox out to do
a clutch then changing the DMF is only another 6 bolts exactly as a standard flywheel. Just
costs several times as much.
Yeah was just looking at getting a handle on how much the conversion to solid flywheel costs.
Its a customers job and I havn't seen the car yet.
Thanks for your reply.

As a matter of interest, is the car is less than 5 years old, it may be worth having a go at Peugeot -I had a DMF fault on my 307 and convinced them to pay - apparently they have extended the warranty due to the number of failures! I had to really push the garage to get it though!!!
