1996 will be a mk3, surely? The last mk2's were 1987-ish.

I've got an Escort turbo box with a slipper in it. Would be looking at £100 for the complete gearbox which you can either swap over or transplant the slipper. It's been sitting around a few years but was fine when it came out, although I seem to remember a couple of the threads in the bellhousing could do with some attention - perhaps drilling out and using nuts instead.
