Ball joint nut!

Im after a single nyloc nut. Its M12 with a 1.5 pitch for a ball joint. The one I have is a 1 degree pitch and does not go on! Anyone got one they dont need???

Isnt M12 x 1.5 just a std nut...? Could buy one for about 4pence.

Nope......normal M12 is 1.75 pitch......

Thats right, the one I have is 1.75 M12 so I need M12 1.5pitch.....

There are 4 standard pitches for M12

ISO Coarse is 1.75
ISO fine is either 1, 1.25 or 1.5

...just to confuse everyone

I have some M12 fine (M12 x 1.5) nuts on my parts rack. You just want one? What ball joint is it BTW, some are imperial 1/2" fine.

A lot of Bj are imperial I have a load of 1/2" unf you can have.

Next time I pop round I will bring ball joint with me, as I dont really know if its imperial or metric.

Forgot to say the induction kit looks good, have you fitted it yet???
