Not spoked, but if I recall correctly "Screwfix" do a range of wheels which may fit the bill. HTH RayScrewfix

Pram wheels not good enough for you?

What are you using as stub axles?

I need to make one for mine as well. I was thinking of ATV parts though.

Mega expensive as we do not have many in Greece.

Not sure if they'll be big enough for you? Largest is 25cm?

I made a go-cart and used some plastic BMX style wheels from a kids scooter but I've also seen pneumatic tyred, pressed steel wheels at autojumbles for £7 a pair. Same as these but cheaper! http://www.northerntooluk.com/tyres-and-wheels-and-castors/pneumatic-castors/10in-pneumatic-tyre_wheel-standard_1343E.html

Thought of trying your local Mobility scoorter place for a scrap scooter?

Probably a good donor as well!

Got a scrap scooter already mate, front wheels too small and rears way too big.

tried and looked but no old style prams either at car boot.
