Mike, it will be sub-divided, so doesn't necessarily have to be one piece.......

It might help if you told us what sizes it was going to be subdivided into

Not sure of the exact measurements at the moment but I need to get 12 pieces out, each piece about 1" long. The fewer lengths I have, the easier/quicker they will be to machine....
