Looking for an axle to repair my trailer, preferably one with brakes like maybe a caravan axle? It`s only a 6ft x 4ft trailer, and the central beam to mount the axle onto is 52 inches wide. Not in a great hurry but thought I`d ask here first in case anyone has something. Thanks.

I used an Escort van axel and narrowed it to suit
Paid £40 with 3 good wheels and tyres from local breaker
Can be rotated to adjust ride height quite easilly too
