Angled one that sits nice and low down, preferably with a sender please

If anyone does custom made alloy tanks, these are my requirements:

The tank would be 540mm wide.
The bottom of the tank would be 190mm deep
The top of the tank would be 120mm deep
The height of the tank would be 400mm high at the vertical edge

If you are thinking of fitting a Hayabusa fuel pump, then it comes with a sender already fitted. so you get pump, regulator and sender all in one.

Thanks Mike, didn't want to call you so late but you've answered my question...

One email I've had back from a ally fabricator is:

Hi There,
Am I right assuming the top front corner is 90 deg, and what outlets will you require, is the engine injection requiring a sump or an in ‘tank pump.

Sumped (unless intank) and usually 8mm outlets

If you are fitting a Suzuki type fuel pump, then you would need a thick alluminium ring welded to the bottom of the tank to take the pump. it would only require a breather at the top of the tank, a filler and the ring. the outlet is on the pump so no fitting required.

Give Martin at MK Engineering a call - he'll obviously have the measurements and I can assure you that their tanks and other aluminium fabrications are rather nicely put together.
