I am looking for a Cam cover for a 2.0 Duratec if anyone has one going spare please (the plastic one)

I am willing to exchange for cold hard cash...

I have one in perfect condition from a very low mileage engine (replaced with a raceline cover).

The only problem is, I'm a little far from you...

Trev - one thing worth considering is that on my six I don't think the oil filler cap on the plastic blacktop cam cover will clear the engine cover. I'm assuming when I put in engine 3 I'll have to swap to the aluminium cam cover.

The other things is that if it will fit you could just run with the aluminium cover until your other engine gets back from 'off site storage'.

Cheers
Pete

Nitrogeno25, thanks but as you say it might be a bit far

Pete, I didn't realise you there was a hight differeace, I have a cunning plan for this weekend which might shed some light on it fitting or not. also I forgot about engine No1. the only reason I am looking for anew one is the oil take off pipe has been cut of the one I have

Apologies for some reason thought you had an aluminium one. Shame the oil breather outlet has been cut off on the plastic one you have since its good to run it to a catch tank. See how the trial fit goes in terms of engine cover clearance (haven't confirmed it would be a problem on mine).

Are you still after a cam cover?
I have a fairly new one available, replaced with an ally one.

DIYMAN, I think so, I just need to do some measurments just to be sure.
