wiper relay for premier loom

Hi guys n girls

I have now fitted my wiper motor and noticed that I am missing the relay from my premier loom. Do I need to run a relay for the wipers as there is a spare relay holder.

If I do need one, does anyone have a wiper relay or is there anything special about the ford "red" one? Can a standard 4 pin relay work or does there need to be a certain type?
