110v site transformer

I am after a 110volt site transformer for my cement mixer, can anyone help.

Readily available from ebay, screwfix etc. Expect to pay between £60 - £80. Just make sure it's up to the job of powering your cement mixer (when full) as these take a bit of juice.

I bought a 2kw one at a boot sale for £15, and leads etc were all pretty cheap too. Needs to be one of those big "in a field" type bootsales, the scholl playground ones are hopeless unless you want an S club 7 CD or "antique" crap.

While I guess it's one step up from buying stuff off someone in a pub car-park. Hope they had peeled the hire company stickers off it first It's amazing how much stuff gets nicked from building sites- most of which ends up on Ebay or car boot sales!
