Is there anyone in the reading area with some offcuts or a 3 mtr length of 25x25 erw?

I need about 6 bits no longer than 500 mm

Not sure where you're based but there's a metal fabrication place in maidenhead that offloads its offcuts on to eBay so will probably have what you want. You could probably go for a rummage through their pile.
