Hi anyone have a spare choke housing for a weber 32 36? Mine became damaged during postage

Do you mean the water filled housing for the bimetallic coil? If so, have you thought of trying to get hold of a manual choke conversion instead?

Yeah that's the one, both the inlet and outlet are broken. Not looked into a conversion, are they readily available?

They were, but I've just checked and the prices are now extortionate (sixty-odd quid on Ebay !!!!)

I'm working away at the moment, but when I get home for the weekend, I'll have a look in the garage - I can't remember whether I kept the manual choke unit when I changed to a 38 DGS which came fitted with a manual choke anyway. I don't remember seeing it around recently, but I'm pretty sure I would have kept the carb and I probably left it on that.
