My chum has a Mk1 Celica based kit with 114x4 PCD hubs and he's looking for another set of cheap rims for a set of track tyres. 13" would be great although he has 14" fitted at the moment. He may consider 15" but we may struggle to get them under the arches without too much hassle. We're in Whitby but travel down to Worksop/Notts/Sheffield on a regular basis.
