I'm looking for a brake pressure regulator to use with fiat 124 master cylinder

Have you thought about using a screw-in pressure regulator e.g. from an older Fiesta? I have one spare; let me know if you can use it. (Presume your Fiat mcyl ports are M10 x 1).

Dick, that's the kind of thing i was thinking about, how much do you want for it?

the fiat 124 cylinder has an oddball M10x1.25 thread. The later Fiat uno ones had M10x1.0

Do you need a regulator?

I don't have one and have no issues with brake imbalance.

sdh2903 is right about the thread size. Brakes international sent me some unions FOC when I rang them up to buy some.

Stu

I know pretty well that the 124-ski (AKA The Lada 2108, or Zhiguley) had those M10 x 1.25 threaded ports. (I briefly worked in Togliatti/Dmitrovgrad on the Lada Samara project). Didn't realise that the originating Fiat model also had these non-standard hydraulic ports.

To fit the Fiesta PCRV, a simple male/female adaptor would be needed (i.e. M10x1.25 - male/M10x1 - female).

Did that PCRV (press regulator) arrive OK?
