Those look like bargains. I sometimes wonder if people expect too much price wise.

I made my own incorporating a locking cap from Halfords and it still cost over Ł30 for materials.
Then there's the matter of a good days work.

Try boat chandlers they do black plastic lockable ones, good quality and price. Deck fillers in their name.

I'll be using a boat one, plenty plastic, brass and chromes around for much less than the car world..
