I am looking for a cheap set of 13" wheels, preferably with some road legal rubber attached.
Anything local to Chippenham considered.
Cheaper the better, required for an MOT.

Have they got to be 13s as I have some 16s (Ford ST24 wheels) with road legal tyres (3-4mm) that I have?
