hi, newbie here i'm affraid!
just in the throws of building an engine and i'm after some bits;
Standard VVC exahust camshaft
Standard MGF/Rover VVC exahust manifold
Bare VVC cylinder head and cam-carrier castings, no valves or camshaft gubbings required as i'm going solid cammed with larger Paul Ivey
valves,
many thanks
Richard
welcome
i haven't got any of the stuf you wanted and for that i apologise,
i am really interested in k series tuning though let us all know how you get on with the paul ivey valves(i have only heard great things)
what are you doing about head gasket i have been warned to only use standard rover stuff.

there is a good article in either this or last months Race Car Engineering. Well worth getting and reading if you are looking to play with a K Series!!!
If you read this months PPC article on engine balancing it says they are a wobbily block with a wobbily crank!
Not my words,I wouldn't be that nice,about a K series.Please have a look at other sites about k series,if you really want one then good luck,if
you dont get any water and liner faults or head cracks you'll get good tuneable BHP from a very light engine.All I'm saying is be
careful,some builders say they know how to get around the problems and maybe they can.
Apparently, it is the aftermarket cranks which cause a lot of the balance problems. The original Rover ones are the best to use.
