Road Legal Kit Car Wanted

Hello,

I'm after my first kit car.

I would like something already road legal.

Although if the mot has ran out, or needs work to get it back up and running this is also fine.

I'm willing to travel, budget wise its going to be the cheaper end.
Like 3k is reaslistic (hopefully)
