Ford X-flow crankcase breather thingy
David Jenkins - 3/9/20 at 02:49 PM

Does anyone have an unwanted Ford X-flow crankcase breather catch tank with non-return valve sitting around that they want to get rid of? If so, I'd be interested in buying it off you!

I have a cunning plan...

I don't think I have a spare - I'll look tomorrow. I'm interested in spares if you get inundated with offers & very interested in cunning plans.

Is it one of the normal xflow tanks that bolt to the block? If so, I have one you can have.

Sounds like what I need - one of these.

I'll send you a U2U.

Cheers

What are you thinking?

And any idea where to get the rubber bit that holds the metal pipe adaptor into the canister?

Many thanks for this thread, I just popped out to the garage to take a pic of the set up and realised that my throttle return spring is wrongly situated on the breather, so I will have to make up a bracket and brace it off of an engine to gearbox bolt instead.

Sorry for the slow answer... Burtons sell them.

Cheers. Wish I'd realised a month ago when I did my last order. Will add it to my wish list for next time. How's your project coming along?

Slow but sure!

(still not saying what I'm up to... though you may well guess )
