if anybody is interested, here i found a very interesting (and much cheaper!) solution:

"2005 to 2013 2.0 Jetta Passat Golf. You have to modify the solenoid by grinding one ear off and slightly slotting the other ear on the mounting base. Wiring connector will have to be changed. Works great!"
