I think you will be lucky to find such a beast, general concensus is that if its a stage three head it will be revving to the limit and and fitting unleaded inserts is asking for them to eventually part company with the casting.
I am using a stage 2 head and havent had that converted either, just going to carry a bottle of lead replacement in the car, also looking at one of those in line fuel catalyzers.
