Have you tried Phil Stewart at Road and Race Transmissions (01959) 525105

He might have one.

thanks. given up on a 3.38. have been told that they only made push in shafts in the 3.38 ratio. looks like a 3.62 and loads of revs........shame!!!!!!!!!

smart51 - 10/10/05 at 11:13 AM

3.62 is only 7% higher than 3.38. 5000 RPM becomes 5350. It's not a big hardship.
It will also give you 7% better acceleration in each gear so it's not all bad!

IWantOne - 10/10/05 at 11:56 AM

go for the 3.62 and fit 17" wheels? this could cause an argument.... 15" or 17" wheels..

thanks

just as an aside, there are 2x 3.38 diffs on the racecar forum, £180 each though!
