ebay's not that bad if you are careful. You could always ring a bike breakers but they will probably be much more expensive ?

these guys are quite helpful (sold me a set of blackbird carbs I am keeping for spares at a reasonable price)

Ps. Got an R1 pump for £25 from a bike shop with delivery included! Not bad I would have said....
