Rally Design sell them, and in all different specs depending on what you are using it for.

I got one off ebay, cant remember who the seller was though. Try searching for 'Rose Joint'.

nick skidmore, who occationally posts on this forum, sells them on ebay. Search for seller 'nick the skid' or somesuch, i believe they are £4 each.
