SVA Bits
andyharding - 3/1/06 at 07:43 PM

Just sent off the SVA application today (Shrewsbury)!

I'm in need of all the bits to cover the front suspension and a Mountney steering wheel cover.

I suspect many of these bits will have fallen off SVA passed cars so u2u me if you want to sell them.

Cheers.

Not sure if he still has it, but zetec lent me his Mountney s/w pad... apparently it has been used for several SVAs before.

My SVA tester was fine with the pad but it's probably good advice to phone and check with your local centre.

However, I agree that it is probably easier to use a Sierra wheel and swap afterwards... the only reason I didn't was that the Sierra wheel I had didn't have the centre horn push so I would have had to fill/pad the hole somehow - seemed like too much effort

Ditto

In fact I think I've chucked the wheel too.
