I'm looking for the tri-lobe parts of 2 Sierra push in CV joints with 25 internal splines.

If anyone else is trying to make up hybrid driveshafts with lobro joints on one end and tripode on the other, I'd swap the innards of your inner tripode joints for some lobro ones and backplates if you like.

I'd also consider complete outer joints

Hello again mate. Not sure if I said, but I bought a set of shafts from a scorpio from eBay for a fiver. Then I had the guy take a hacksaw to them and just send me about 4" of shaft and the joint, worked out less than 9 quid all in.
I never even considered keeping the tripode bits, they went straight in the bin - doh you could have had them for nowt.

Yeah I'm keeping an eye on Ebay too Problem is I don't want to end up with yet another set I can't use and most people don't fancy butchering the joints to check for me

I've looked at getting the tripode bit new, but they're far too expensive... I'm hoping the best bet will be to find someone trying to put an LSD in a drum braked car and do a swap.
