Anyone know where I can get alu sheet for the inside of the dash. I need 1000mm x 200mm x 0.5-0.7mm thick.

I have tried ebay with no luck, though i have e-mailed a few of the ebayers selling other sizes.

Most companies i call however want me to buy a minimum size, 1000mm x 2000mm which is way to much. Any help much appreciated.

try car builder solution on 01580 891309 they will cut to size and post, worth checking P&P cost before ordering.

B&Q do ali this thin, 0.5 mm, 3 sizes, the largest sheet may be 1 m long. It is quite pricey, from memory about £ 30 but no postage if you have one nearby.

You realise you need some backing as that is very thin stuff.
