Wanted a water pump for a windscreen washer thing, anything free or very cheap considered!

Not for the car so not to fussy, but would prefer one with push on hoses both sides (inlet and outlet)?

I have a funny feeling i still have one in my box of unused bits. Ill have a look later. If i have it will be very expensive (ie free!). from VW Golf iirc.

I have to ask - whats it for? Dont tell me, water feed from new water butt to convert it into a hanging basket auto watering system????? Are you going to throw the pipe up over the roof to connect it to back yard? Or connected to a IR sensor so it squirts at next doors cat when it walks over your car????
