Talk to Darren at GTS.
I believe he has them available at a good price.
He has been fitting them in several race cars lately.

If it's a new engine you're after, try one of the Ford Power Products dealers. That's where all the people reselling them get their supply.

Cheers,
Syd.

Must be someone counterfeiting Ford engines then! You don't get them cheaper than off the Ford assembly line. At least I don't. And a bare engine is way less than some of the prices being quoted here. Most of the cheap Zetecs are old stock, or non Euro engines. Same for the Duratecs. The USA Duratecs are half the price of UK delivered items. If they're getting them cheaper, that's where from. Still Ford though.

Try getting Ford to certify them for Aus, you'll get a big shock when the reply comes back.

I know there are manufacturers sending Duratecs to Aus, and the dodgy paperwork will get picked up before too long.

Still, they are more than suitable for our local SVA here, thank goodness. Let's all keep praying that the Aus system is not instigated here, as is being rumoured.

Cheers,
Syd.
