anyone got a small rubber gaitor they a chucking away? needs to allow a stick, about 10 mm dia. through and have a base that goes inside 45 mm hole inside a plate - maybe a small indicator gaitor or the top part of gear stick gaitor will do?

I have some of thoughs gromets, they are quite thick rubber, and will not compress, but may bend...
