A bit of a longshot.

I have 2 7 inch KN Minators with an ET5 offset that won't clear my sierra rear calipers.

I'm looking for the same wheels in a 6 inch width with an et18 offset (standard caterham wheel) as these clear the rear calipers.

Ideally I'd like to do a straight swap
