Anybody got a MS Stim they want to sell on?

I've got one you can borrow complete with power supply for the price of postage.
I don't want to sell it as I will be building another MS this winter.

sorry to hijack thread a bit but, BKLOCO, i want to put a mega squirt system on my R1 bike carbs that are going onto my pinto, how difficult are they to build? and what is involved in doing so?

Atb Alex, and is it even possible to MS R1 carbs?

Again sorry for hijack.
IMO If you are reasonably proficient at soldering then you can build a MegaSquirt.
The learning for me was in the setup and programming.
Having said that everything is documented and if you are prepared to read and put in the time you shouldn't have a problem.

Just remember this system is not a quick fix. It is however a very rewarding project and you end up understanding the fueling / ignition requirements of your car/engine combination intimately...
You end up becoming obcessed with tuning... It's quite sad really

BKLOCO, sorry for the delayed response. Thanks for the offer, I've got the MS kit of parts, but also plan to swap out my engine for a zetec on TB's this winter. I haven't decided when to build the MS yet, but could do it anytime.
In the absence of any for sale, I'd like to take you up on the offer in a month or two - I'll contact you directly

Thanks again, John

JohnN,

i could build up and test your meagsquirt for you if you like.

omega0684,

are they R1 Carbs or Throttle Bodies??,

if they're really carbs, you'll wont need a Megasquirt with them.
