Wanted:

Cheap car (hatchback ideal, but anything considered really...)

Must be petrol, and Carb not fuel injection.

The cheaper (like really really cheap) and nearer Sheffield the better, although I don't mind travelling for the right one.

And ideally it would work.

Thinking no more than £100 ideally, I don't mind doing some work on it but I do need it to be able to drive home from wherever I get it! Its for a bit of a project, but mainly just as peak district transport...

Might want to try some of your local car sales places, they occasionly get trade ins that they would never put on the front, and sell off, cheap as chips, just to be rid. Hope this helps. Ray.
