hi im looking for the above for the 1.3 x-flow if anyone has a spare they dont need i will be happy to buy at a good price

Failing sourcing one from here,visit your local scrapy and source one from an old Fiesta with the Valencia motor.Dont forget to grab the ignition amplifier while you are at it.

Even better if you get the right one the TCI pack is bolted onto the dizzy itself.

I've a good spare distributor in the garage but the module is missing.

It'll be cheaper to get one straight from the scrappers I reckon, ours cost £10-15 from the yard, when we upgraded to megajolt it sold on ebay for £70-ish !

Have a look and see if there's 2 in the yard, you could sell one and keep one and still make a profit

will have a look ive just been asking around for the unit its self but what other cars and years are the good ones on and also are side exit caps available for them

You basically need an old Ford with a Valencia engine. There's full intructions and a list of suitable donors if you click on **THIS LINK**.

For the new distributor you'll need a side-entry cap for a FIAT Strada 85 sport.

the cap for the fiat is easy enough to get but just phoned the local scrappy about mk4 ford escort dizzy and they got 3 a blue, black and orange cap which one do i need

My MkIV Escort had a CVH engine so you might not want any of them.

just sorted went to local scrappy and they supplied me with a bosch electronic and coil for £30 and it works he even tested it there and then it was out a fiesta looks the part will get cap now
