yet another possably obviouse question.

Wheres the best place to get the matal plate which goes between a type 9 and a pinto engine?

Took my engine out today and managed to stand on mine and it snapped

Blob of weld and grind back, once it's on it's sandwiched anyway. Failing that a scrappies I suppose.

affectionately known as the sh!t plate coz it keeps the sh1t out the bell housing/gearbox

I thought it was because they are as rare as rockinghorse sh1t because:
a) people stand on them and break them
b) they get left behind when you buy type 9 from scrappy
c) somone buys them all from scrappy at silly price to resell

Its a fret plate to stop the engine and gear box faces fretting, Doubles up as a sh*t plate,
