13" Snow tyres.
owelly - 14/11/06 at 11:20 PM

I have bought another crap kit car to use for winter. It has a roof and doors but absolutely no weight over the rear (driven) axle. So, if anyone has any knobbly tyres to give it a fighting chance of moving during a hard frost and are localish to me in Whitby (although I regulary trundle down to Worksop), I would be very interested. It currently has 205/60/13 fitted but any 13s would do. And as ever, I'm working to an unrealistic budget!!

The last time I asked Lisa Standfield he only had new ones in at £60 a cover!!! I'll give him a ring tomorrow. If he has any, you may even get your trailer wheel back Mr Cooooosey!!

Call up one of the grasser suppliers, we all use snow tyres at £25 a corner brand new for 13".

What you want is "Alpin" tyres from somewhere like Rotyres Linky who will post em to you

cheers

Nat
