Well it's coming to that stage where my daily hack is getting a little old. The CB500 has been the best bike I've owned and thoroughly
reliable and want to replace it with something of a similar vein...
I'm thinking an early Fazer 600 for around the 1200 to 1300 pound mark. They seem to be about and it's a good time to buy as prices are
still low in the winter months...
Anyone have any input as to the general reliability of these bikes and their apparent finish problems... Corrosion and the like on the casings and
forks?
Also does anyone have one for sale!!?
Thanks for any input,
Chris.
from what I can remember (and it is a long time ago..) they do suffer a little from pitting on the forks, but I'm not sure that you'd buy a
bike as reliable as a Fazer for that sort of money that doesn't incur wear on the forks!
