Went to my local (large) Ford Parts Dept yesterday looking for:
try www.burtonpower.co.uk or .com cant remember they have all sorts of things that ford dealers say you can no longer get.
all ford dealers are the same they dont like the hard work by the sounds of it
Don't know about the last two items, but just last year I bought a new Diff drain plug from a main ford dealer, no problem. Special order
obviously but came within a week
Cheers
Scott
I don't know about those parts in particular but I had a similar problem when I was looking for a replacement brake cylinder - official Ford
dealership said they couldn't get them, but then I popped down the road to Car Spares and they had dozens of them in stock!
I try to avoid official dealers wherever possible because they're usually unhelpful and overpriced

I bought grease caps just over a year ago, next day delivery. About £1 each IIRC.
Grease caps? As in the cpas on the back of the sierra upright shielding the bearings??
If so, go a link from where you got em??
No, escort or cortina ones as Tim asked for.
thatll teach me to read a little more carefully!
I have a couple of old grtease caps you are welcome to. I assume you mean the ones one the stub axles?
Let me know
