4 Spark plug Adapter Inserts that convert from the Std 18mm Pinto Spark plugs so that I can run 12mm Motorbike spark plugs required, cash waiting.

Cheers

Do they make them?

Yep, li nky

SpeedPro Pinto tuning book also mentions them if you raise the CR significantly.

How does the plug hit the piston, plugs don't move? Why is the spark better from a bike plug? They run on the same electrics as the other plug. The only thing they are doing is taking the spark outside the combustion chamber, can't you get shorter reach 18mm plugs to do that?

If you skim the head a lot to raise CR the piston wallops them!

Possibly, I'll be giving Burton a call the second they open, it'll be a lot cheaper

No longer needed, short tip plugs are the solution. Part number NGK A7FS.
