I've got a set of early ones with the squarish hazard button.
Are they the ones you want?

how can you tell if its an early one or late one? am i right in thinking you dont need a relay for healights on the early one??

Square hazzard is early round hazzard is later, early takes full current later needs relays also check wether they are live or earth switching.
