Cap head bolts Wanted
nitram38 - 6/6/07 at 03:01 PM

160mm long and M10 1.25 pitch!
An alternative would be a longer M10 bolt that can have the shank re-threaded to 1.25 pitch.
It is for my R1 engine.
I would rather the correct bolt size than re-threading the engine block.

Cheers Martin

Tried them.
I think that I am fcuked!
Max length is 100mm.
It looks like I might have to rethink my fixing points on the chassis.

Try PFS in Arborfield 0118 932 8832 do all sorts of stainless and used to supply Xtrac, failing that AHC Camberley 01276 709069 are helpful. Good luck, Pewe

I'll try my local fastener although I wasn;t successful last time I offered this service!!

cap head in 160mm long and M10 1.25 pitch, fully threaded or else a set screw (fully threaded) in stainless.

is that ISO thread or some fine/coarse variant?
